Welcome to the MrPC Knowledge Base

User Onboarding and Offboarding


  1. 1.Open the MrPC website at https://mrpc.com.au and click Customer Portal.

  1. 2.On the login page, select Sign in with Microsoft and log in using your company Microsoft account.

  1. 3.From the available forms, choose the one that matches your request (e.g. new user setup or user offboarding).

  1. 4.Click Confirm to continue.

  1. 5.Complete all required fields (marked with a *).

    • If creating a new user, select an existing staff member under System Access Level to copy their permissions.

  1. 6.Add any relevant notes in the Non-Standard Request section (if applicable).

  1. 7.Once all details are complete, click Submit to send your request.

Emergency Contact

If you experience a critical system outage or business-impacting emergency outside of standard hours, please call 1300 377 284 and follow the prompts for after-hours emergency support.
Your call will be directed to an on-duty engineer who will respond as soon as possible.
Please note that after-hours rates may apply.
